About products:

This product is printing water slurry, suitable for swimsuit fabric, Lycra fabric, nylon fabric, sweaters and high elastic fabric printing, mainly for the swimwear market and development.

Bake for 1 minutes ( 150or 150press 10 seconds ), or natural dry 48 hours can endure high temperature of 80

wash water for 5 hours. If the mortar prepress is too thick add water, do not have to stick to strengthening pulp.

 

And troubleshooting:

One possibility, resulting in poor firmness:

1.    wet weather, not fully dry pulp

Guide: 150 oven for 1 minutes or 150 press 10 seconds.

2.     More than 10% color paste

Guide: increase the weight to reduce the transparent paste paste dosage proportion ( such as: separate pure transparent tone black ).

3.  No dry pulp layer to high pressure hot

Guide: the pulp layer dry naturally into 8 or more pressure hot. ( explanation: wet slurry layer begins to press easily cause blistering, between the slurry layer and pulp layer separation )

 

Two, there are several reasons caused by elastic is not what?

1.and more than 10% color paste

Guide: add weight to reduce transparent paste paste dosage ratio can be.

2.the pulp layer is too thin

Guide: print once or printing paste strength slightly, the pulp layer thickness as far as possible to stay.

3. white glue and transparent paste mix proportion improper

Guide: increase the transparent paste weight can significantly improve the pulp layer elastic.

4. wove cloth itself too deep, great flexibility

Guide : first use transparent paste 2 ~ 3 times, each time to print 3 knife, and then print white mortar or other color.

5.add the catalyst weight too much

Guide: control the dosage of the catalyst is within 2%, as long as the firm degree meet the requirements will not increase the consumption of catalysts.

 

Three,  the cause of hard or the surface is not smooth handle

1, pulp consistency is not enough

The pulp consistency is not enough to add the thickener will improve its consistency ( explanation: pulp consistency is not easy to cloth bottom penetration, so feel becomes hard and the surface is not smooth )

2, and more than 10% color paste

Four,  the sticky surface causes and prevention?

1, the pulp layer surface dry
